NUSSU Bash 2010 (31 Jan 10)

It was a LONG night as we set up the bar for "Blackout' at the F1 pit.  The party animals undergrads are, we ended at a cool 4am.  By the time we stacked and heaved, it was 5am and we were spent!


Our team of 10 bartenders did a great job keeping the drinks flowing.  We server undergrad favs - Tequila Pop, Lychee Martinis and Watermelon Martinis.  Was a night to be remembered.


And this time, Kat was holidaying in some resort, leaving me to deal with the two events - through a stroke of good fortune that frequently befalls Drinkdings, they happened to be both at the F1 pit!  It was a LARGE area, but at least, I could just walk up and down and didn't have to drive to another venue!

Chingay 2009 - Samba Festival at the F1 Pit (30 Jan 10)

Just nice, we had 2 events that day at the same location! (Phew!)  Kat was not in town and it was up to me to hold the fort (literally!)


Here's the mobile bar at the F1 Pit for the Chingay Parade. Set up was from 3pm, though the Chingay was only due to begin at 8. What a long long wait.

Samba Chingay rehearsal at F1 Pit

PA's Samba Chingay Rehearsal, Take One! (9 Jan 10)

This marks the first Samba Chingay rehearsal and Drinkdings sets up a mobile bar to cater to the participants and the organisers.  We were, unfortunately, on the wrong end of the field!  While sales at the bar were slow, we managed to enjoy the Samba beat, so altogether, not a total loss!
